3D Nonogram terms of service The terms you agree to by installing and playing the game.
These Terms apply to the game 3D Nonogram (‘the App’), published by BetuWorks (‘we’, ‘us’). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The App
3D Nonogram is a single-player puzzle game that runs on your device and needs no account. We may add, change or remove features and puzzles over time.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment, under these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App, or get around its purchase or licensing features, except where the law allows it.
3. Levels you build and share
You can build levels and share them as codes. You are responsible for what you build and share, and for sharing it only with people who want it. Do not use the App to create or send anything unlawful, hateful or offensive. A level code you share is yours to share; it never passes through us. If a friend sends you a level you would rather not keep, you can delete it.
4. Purchases
If the App offers purchases, they are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. A purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored on your devices through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and your consumer rights. If something you bought does not unlock, contact us.
5. Progress
Stars, achievements and other progress have no money value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Progress is stored on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data, unless it is backed up to Google Play Games.
6. Other services
The App uses Google services: Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
In short: the App is provided ‘as is’.
The App is provided ‘as is’, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or stay available. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BetuWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data or progress. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the App in the last 12 months or USD 10. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Ending
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends if you break these Terms. We may stop offering the App or any feature at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in. Disputes go to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
